Association Management

Association of Apartment Owners of Mauna Lani Point is managed by CoralTree Residences Collection Hawaii, LLC (CTRC), which has the responsibility for the management of both the common area and fiscal management for the property or otherwise referred to as Association Management.  CoralTree Residences Collection, LLC has a contract with the Association to provide these types of services.  CoralTree Residences Collection, LLC also operates the on-site rental program.  CoralTree Residences Collection, LLC has individual contracts with each homeowner covering the elements of the rental program (more detail is provided below).   If you choose not to rent your unit, the maintenance, and housekeeping staff of CTRC are available to you on a per hour or per service basis.  Having one management company handling both Association and Rental Management provides owners with efficiencies and accountability not found in other similar projects.

The Board of Directors of the Association of Apartment Owners of Mauna Lani Point oversees and directs the activity of CoralTree Residences Collection, LLC in its management, care and maintenance of the common elements and fiscal affairs of the property.  The Board is comprised of seven members who are elected for staggered three-year terms at the Association’s annual meeting.

All employees at Mauna Lani Point are employees of CoralTree Residences Collection, LLC.  The Association has neither employees nor the associated liabilities of such.  Work done to the common area is billed to the Association on a time and material basis or otherwise included in the annual budget.  

The Rental Program

CTRC, through its local trade name CoralTree Residences Collection Hawaii, LLC, is the only locally based rental management company for Mauna Lani Point. This means our team is on property every day to ensure your assets are cared for and protected. The rental program is operated via the individual rental agreements signed by individual owners.
